"Moving from out-of-state brings so many challenges knowing your whole goal is to find your forever home. Julie did an outstanding job of understanding my wants and needs throughout the home search. Her communication from across the country was top-notch and during the search, as well as the paperwork portion. Not being able to see every house in person poses some interesting challenges, however, Julie was able to provide a great deal of detail to every virtual tour I took with her. I felt like I was walking through the house in person. Having a remote closing required a lot of logistics to coordinate and Julie handled everything with ease and a happy demeanor. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented in what she does and always made me feel like I was her only client. I would highly recommend Julie to buy your perfect home! She is the best in the business!!!"
